The FCC I complex includes three buildings on over 2-acres of land located between Summer and Cottage Streets off of East Central Street (Route-140).

Building One is located at 9 Summer Street and is comprised of office and retail space.

Building Three is 12-26 East Central Street (Route-140) and will be comprised of retail space on the first floor and 30 residential condos on floors 2 and 3. Construction of this building is currently on hold.. The photo here is of the existing structure as of 10/12/2010. The Red Ball that can be seen above the roof line in the photo to the left will be the height of the new building.

Franklin Center Commons II

This building, located at 17-33 East Central Street, was completed in January 2008 and has twenty residential condos occupied by Dean College students. This building includes a first level parking garage and additional exterior parking spaces in the rear. For more detail, go to the Retail page.
